    Türkiye’s Central Anatolia region is both historical and breathtakingly beautiful. The national parks located in this region offer plentiful camping opportunities. They present rare natural beauty, long-standing cultural values, and are presented to visitors as conservation and recreation areas.

    Aladağlar National Park, Kayseri, Adana, and Niğde

    Aladağlar National Park is located at the intersection of the provinces of Kayseri, Adana, and Niğde. It is the home of the highest peaks of the Taurus Mountains range. The Aladağlar National Park is one of Türkiye's most intriguing locations from a geological point of view. The park is a favorite destination of climbers and welcomes many local and foreign climbing enthusiasts every year.

    Between April and September, rafting is carried out on approximately 15 km of the Zamantı River.

    Cave tourism, photo, jeep, and bicycle safaris, tour skiing, paragliding, rafting, canoeing, and hiking in the Aladağlar National Park are popular outdoor activities.

    The best time to visit Aladağlar if you are interested in sightseeing and climbing are  June, July, and August.

    Lake Beyşehir National Park, Konya

    Lake Beyşehir National Park is located in the province of Konya. Mount Anamas, whose peak is 2,890 m, offers an imposing background to the view of Lake Beyşehir. The lake is 154 km long and is Türkiye’s largest freshwater lake. There are opportunities for trekking, hiking, biking, and jeep safari tours around the lake. Visitors can also camp or stay in caravan parks. Lake Beyşehir is a habitat for many freshwater fish, water birds, and other wildlife.

    The lake's surroundings are ideal for an escape in nature. There are numerous picnic areas with magnificent views. In order to enjoy fully the outdoors, the best time to visit is between May and October.
