    Türkiye

    Türkiye’s Mediterranean region is unique and is visited by locals and foreigners from all over the world. It is a region filled with nature, colors, and aromas, and many ruins that testify to the region’s importance in antiquity.

    Beydağları Coastal National Park, Antalya

    Beydağları Coastal National Park is located in the Kemer district of Antalya. Because it is in a tourist zone, the national park in Kemer welcomes many visitors yearly. The Lycian Way traverses the park, within whose borders one can also find  Yanartaş (lit. “flaming stone”), Adrasan Beach, and Cirali Beach. The ancient settlements OlymposPhaselis, and Idyros are also in the national park. The park stretches over an area starting in Sarisu and reaching Cape Gelidonya

    At Beydağları Coastal National Park, which enjoys a Mediterranean climate, visitors can picnic, camp, hike, paraglide, and enjoy a variety of water sports, as well as visit the archaeological sites.

    You can start your hike at the sea and make your way to the mountains' foothills. You will find yourself alone in nature, surrounded by thousands of plant species, and, in the higher elevations, emerald green cedar trees.

    The tallest mountain in the park is Tahtalı Mountain, whose summit is reachable via cable car. In antiquity, the mountain was called “Olympus,” one of the several mountains credited as the "Home of the Gods.”

    Köprülü Canyon National Park, Antalya

    Köprülü Canyon National Park is 63 km northwest of the Manavgat district of Antalya Province and 85 km northeast of Antalya Province.

    Köprülü Canyon National Park offers its visitors a wide range of activities thanks to its natural, historical, and cultural riches. At the park, you can raft, canoe, and canyoneer on the Köprüçay River, which is one of the most important rafting routes in Türkiye. Other outdoor sports activities include swimming, hiking, rock climbing, orienteering, biking, and angling. You can also observe the local flora and wildlife, camp, picnic, and go on safari and highland tours. Near the Köprüçay, fish restaurants serve fresh trout as their specialty.

    Kızıldağ National Park, Isparta

    Kızıldağ National Park, located within the borders of the Mediterranean region in the province of Isparta, spreads over an area of 55,106 hectares. Pınargözü Cave and Lake Beyşehir are located in the park. The park is famous for its cedar trees and the waterfowl found at Lake Beyşehir.

    Mount Dedegöl, which is located in the park, is covered in snow in winter, and in spring, comes alive with colorful flowers and lush green trees.
